Channel Nuts
Channel nuts—also called spring nuts, strut nuts, or strut lock nuts—are rectangular, self-locking fasteners designed to fit inside metal framing strut channel. After insertion, they rotate about 90° to engage the channel lips, creating a strong mechanical lock for bolts or threaded rod.
These fasteners make strut assemblies faster and more flexible by allowing hardware to be positioned anywhere along the channel without drilling or welding. Most are sized for standard 1-5/8" channel, the most common profile used in electrical, mechanical, and industrial support systems.
