Threading & Anchor Bolts

At American Bolt, we're your go-to source for anchor bolts designed for pre-cast concrete embedment, available in diameters ranging from 1/2″ to 6″.

But here's what sets us apart: we're all about speed and customization. With our additional in-house production capabilities, we're able to produce anchor bolts and rod assemblies from ½” to 2” diameter with ease. Plus, we keep a ready stock of 20’ long round bars in F1554 specifications, allowing us to thread single and double-ended studs quickly and efficiently.

That's not all – our anchor bolt assemblies are fully customizable to your exact specifications. From light fabrication of plate washers to welding and assembling components, we've got you covered. And with our ability to punch and shear up to ¾” flat bar into square plate, we're equipped to handle even the most demanding projects.

Production Equipment

At American Bolt we're invested in a variety of machinery to assist our customers to support these solutions:

• Multiple FMB Sirius bandsaws for precision cutting threaded rod, round bar & strut. Each have minimal set-up and production time for quick turnaround.
• Three (3) Landis single spindle threaders for creating cut threads on round bar ranging from 1/2" through 2" diameters.
• Piranha P-90 Inonworker, a 90-ton Ironworker used to shear and punch holes in flat bar to create plates & washers.
• Servo Auto Champ Chamfering machine for a cost-effective method to chamfer large volumes of threaded studs.
