Managed Inventory Programs
Program Levels
Managed inventory programs are tailored to the individual needs of each customer. All programs are designed to help lower costs, eliminate stock outages, increase transparency, and improve efficiency.
Hold for Release orders
Parts will be held in our warehouse and released at predetermined dates or at the customer's request. This allows you to lock in at a price based on your annual usage and receive the parts whenever you need them.
Manufacturing Value Added
Cutting & Chamfering
American Bolt stocks a wide range of threaded rod in numerous diameters and materials. Full thread studs can be cut to length with quick service and excellent quality. Our cutting department can rework bolts, rebar, round bar, strut, and other products to meet your needs.
Threading & Anchor Bolt Assemblies
Primarily servicing the construction industry, American Bolt can produce single and double ended studs. Anchor bolt assemblies are made to your specifications including tack welds, plate washers, and assembled components. Up to 20’ long rods can be produced in house for your bracing requirements.
Equipment Rentals
Stud Welding Equipment
For job site needs rent our fully enclosed trailer mounted diesel engine, generator and stud welding system. The Nelson 6500 stud welding system allows for up to 400’ of lead cable capacity with dual guns. Also available to rent is a Nelson 6000 if you have 480V service available. Units are setup for ease of use and on-site training is provided.
Tension Control Gun
To facilitate your assembling and erection of structural steel, tension control guns are available to rent on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.
Packaging & Kitting
AISC Packaging for High Strength Bolts
As needed for your field bolts, American Bolt packages your structural bolts to protect them from moisture and dirt contamination to ensure the required installation torque is met. Product can be bagged and tagged per your needs, including by sequence to aid job site organization.
Product Kitting & Packaging
Whether you need one item bag or several items kitted, American Bolt can streamline your operations by providing custom packaging and kitting solutions. Reduce your shop labor, increase accuracy and efficiency by ordering complete kits for your installation and assembly needs.

American Bolt has a large vehicle fleet to service delivery needs to our branches and beyond. Whether it's to your door or a job site, count on American Bolt to get you your parts when you need them.

American Bolt has arranged for evening UPS pick-up, allowing same-day shipments when made by 2:00 PM CST.
Same-day freight shipments also available if your order is placed by 12:00 PM CST.
