Do you offer bulk discounts for large orders?

Can American Bolt Corp supply customized or kitted fastener solutions?
Yes. We provide value‑added services including managed inventory programs, kitting & packaging, blanket release ordering, and secondary operations to meet your production needs.
Do you provide both domestic and imported fasteners?
Absolutely. We offer both domestic and import fasteners, supplying everything from structural hex bolts to socket screws with wide material and finish options. If your job requires American Iron and Steel (AIS) or Build America, Buy America Act (BABA) compliant material please communicate those requirements during the quoting process.
Can I get technical specifications or certifications for your products?
Upon request, we can provide material certifications (MTRs), RoHS compliance, and other product submittal documentation. Let us know during ordering or RFQ if you need these included with your shipment. All structural product is supplied with material test reports upon delivery.
Do you sell bolts for lawnmowers or other household equipment?
No, we specialize in industrial fasteners and hardware. We do not carry parts for lawnmowers, snowblowers, or household tools.
What should I do if I can’t find a specific fastener on the site?

Do you offer same-day shipping?
Yes. Orders placed before 2:00 PM CST are often eligible for same-day shipping via UPS/FedEx or next day via local delivery trucks, depending on your location and inventory availability.
Can I pick up my order in person?
Absolutely. We offer convenient Will Call pick-up at our New Berlin, WI location. To schedule a pick-up choose Will Call at checkout or call us in advance—and we’ll confirm a time your order will be ready. Ideal for customers located in or near Southeastern Wisconsin. Please note that for us to most effectiverly complete your order, we do not accept walk-in ordering.

How do I create an account to order online?
If you are an existing American Bolt Corp customer, use this link to Create an Account. Fill out the business details, and once approved, you’ll gain access to your pricing, payment terms, and order history.
Can I place orders without creating an account?
For most business customers, an account is required to access pricing and ordering. However there is functionality to checkout as a guest, and a credit card is required for payment. When checking out as a guest, online orders must be at least $20 and have $3 per line minimums.
