E-commerce Terms of Sale Summary

Terms: Credit card orders are pre-authorized at checkout and charged after shipping and invoicing. Customers with approved credit can use "On Account" terms, which follow existing payment agreements.

Prices & Acceptance: All orders and quotes are reviewed before being accepted. An emailed order acknowledgement confirms acceptance. American Bolt may correct online errors. Lead times listed in the acknowledgement are accepted unless disputed within 24 hours. Any price changes must be approved by the customer or the order may be canceled. All other orders are accepted as acknowledged. American Bolt can accept or reject any order.

Minimum Order: Online orders must be at least $20 total and $3 per line item. Some products may also require a minimum quantity, shown at selection.
